AYESHA OFORI – Founding Director

Ayesha began investing in property several years ago, whilst also working full-time. Starting one property, one investment at a time she built a portfolio now worth millions of pounds, generating a six figure annual income. Today, Ayesha seeks to empower women and underrepresented groups in property to take charge of their financial situations, gain financial freedom and change their lives and the lives of others.

Born and raised in London, Ayesha graduated from Imperial College London with an MSci in Physics. She then worked for Morgan Stanley in their Real Estate Investing Team. She later earned an MBA from London Business School before joining Goldman Sachs as a Wealth Advisor to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, where she raised and managed over $300m in client assets. After over a decade of working in the Financial Services sector Ayesha resigned from her successful career at Goldman Sachs and set up her own property businesses – Axion Property Partners and the Axion Property Academy.

Through the Axion Property Academy, Ayesha combines her expertise in finance and property to help others build profitable, successful property portfolios or businesses.
